Voice Access is a Windows 11 accessibility feature that lets a user open and switch between apps, browse the web, and dictate and edit text by speaking. On-screen interactive elements can be addressed either by their visible name or by a number overlay Voice Access generates automatically, and it uses Microsoft's speech recognition engine to interpret commands.
