What it is
Starting with Windows 11 version 24H2 on Copilot+ PCs, an on-device AI agent built into Windows Settings (internally using a small language model called Settings Mu) lets a user type a plain-language description of what they want to change — such as 'make text bigger' or 'connect Bluetooth device' — and have the agent locate the relevant setting, explain it, and, with explicit user permission, make the change automatically, with an easy undo.
