WHILL Model Ci2

Foldable, disassemble-to-carry personal power wheelchair with app control and automatic anti-tip/anti-sway stabilisation
What it is
A compact personal power wheelchair that disassembles into four pieces (heaviest around 43 lb) for car trunk or airline transport, with an FAA-approved lithium battery. It uses WHILL's proprietary front omni-directional wheels to climb small obstacles and kerbs up to roughly 2 inches without the user needing to steer around them, and includes anti-tip and anti-sway stabilisation that engages automatically on turns and slopes. A companion smartphone app allows remote driving (e.g. calling the chair to you), speed limiting, and battery monitoring over Bluetooth.
Who this helps, and how
