Vayyar Care

Vayyar Care is a wall- or ceiling-mounted sensor using 4D imaging radar (radio-frequency sensing, not a camera) to monitor a room and automatically detect when a person has fallen, sending an alert to a designated contact. Because it uses radio waves rather than optical imaging, it works in complete darkness and through steam, and requires no wearable device or button press from the person being monitored. It is sold direct to consumers (in the US) as a self-install device with a required monitoring subscription, and separately to senior living and healthcare operators through partners.
