Shimmer is a subscription coaching service for people managing ADHD. Members are matched with a human coach for weekly sessions and get access to daily 'body doubling' sessions, a workshop library, and a set of 'Smart Tools' — AI-assisted templates for goal breakdown, prioritisation and planning that sit alongside the human coaching relationship. No formal ADHD diagnosis is required to join.
