What it is
A power wheelchair that drives on two large wheels in normal mode, using continuous gyroscopic self-balancing (the same underlying control principle as a Segway) to remain upright, and switches to a tracked crawler mode to climb or descend conventional staircases step by step under joystick control. A standing-height 'up' mode raises the seat while balancing on two wheels for reaching or eye-level conversation. Made by Scewo AG in Switzerland.
