What it is
The Oral-B iO Series is a range of electric toothbrushes (models iO4 through iO10) from Procter & Gamble's Oral-B brand. Alongside a magnetic drive brushing motor, the iO models use onboard sensors described as 'AI Recognition and 3D Tracking' to detect which of the mouth's 16 tracked zones the brush is currently reaching, and give real-time feedback — via the toothbrush's own interactive display on higher-end models, and via the companion smartphone app — intended to help the user cover every surface for the recommended two-minute brushing time.
