What it is

A portable robotic feeding device with a 40cm-reach arm, under 5kg with an all-day battery, designed to move between a home dining table, restaurants and other locations. It scoops from a plate and delivers food to the user's mouth, with four adjustable scooping modes for different food consistencies, automatic spoon-wiping and plate-jiggling between bites, and an impact sensor that halts the arm if it meets unexpected resistance. It can be operated via touchscreen, physical or wireless switches, a joystick, a Bluetooth mouse, eye-gaze systems, or customisable voice commands.
