What it is

Muse is a line of EEG-sensing headbands (Muse 2, Muse S) made by InteraXon, worn during seated sessions or overnight. The device measures brain activity, heart rate and movement, and the companion app translates this into real-time audio feedback: calming, wandering-mind states shift the soundscape (e.g. rain sounds intensifying with distraction), giving the wearer an audible cue to return attention. A paid Premium tier adds an 'Enso AI Coach' that turns session data into personalised guidance, alongside sleep tracking and guided content.
