What it is
A free, crowd-informed public transit trip planner covering thousands of cities that includes a wheelchair/stroller-accessible routing option: its multi-modal trip planner can restrict route calculation to stations and vehicles marked as step-free (ramps/elevators present), drawing on data contributed by local volunteer mappers ("Mooviters") in each city. It also shows real-time vehicle crowding in supported cities, is optimised for VoiceOver and TalkBack, and offers a layout with larger touch targets and bottom-anchored controls for one-handed use. Moovit is owned by Intel.
