What it is
A personal mobility device that uses gyroscopic self-balancing to raise the seat to standing eye-level while balanced on two wheels, and to climb or descend stairs by rotating clusters of powered wheels around each other in a continuous balancing sequence, guided by the user under supervision. It also traverses sand, gravel and other rough terrain, and can raise or lower over kerbs. This is the modern relaunch of the original DEKA-designed iBOT, now manufactured and sold under license by Mobius Mobility in the US.
