Medisafe

Medisafe is a mobile and web medication management app. Users log their prescriptions and the app sends scheduled reminders for doses and refills, checks entered medications against a drug interaction database and flags possible conflicts, tracks health measurements (blood pressure, glucose, weight and others), and can generate adherence and measurement reports to send to a doctor or pharmacist. A 'Medfriend' feature lets a family member or carer receive an alert if a dose is missed. Founded in 2012, it has over a million reported installs.
