What it is
Fathom is a meeting recording and transcription tool for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. It joins a call either as a visible bot or, in beta, by capturing audio without a bot, then produces a transcript, an AI-generated summary and a list of action items after the call ends. Its 'Ask Fathom' feature lets a user type a question and get an answer drawn from the content of past recorded meetings, with citations back to the moment it was said.
