What it is
Eva Facial Mouse (also distributed under the name eViacam) is a free Android app that uses the device's front camera and on-device computer vision to track head movement and translate it into on-screen pointer control, letting a person operate a touchscreen without touching it. Selection is triggered by dwell (holding the pointer still) or, optionally, by an external physical switch.
