Claimable is a service that helps patients appeal denied health insurance claims for a defined list of over 85 medications across conditions including migraine, GLP-1 prescriptions, rheumatology, asthma, eczema and PANS/PANDAS. A patient completes an online questionnaire about their case (roughly 25 minutes), and the platform's AI drafts a customized appeal letter incorporating peer-reviewed clinical evidence, the patient's specific insurance policy terms, and relevant state and federal law. Claimable also handles mailing or faxing the appeal and provides ongoing support through the process.
