BrailleSense 6

Android braille notetaker whose built-in camera does OCR and can run AI scene-description apps like Google Lookout
What it is
The BrailleSense 6 is a 32-cell refreshable Braille notetaker running Android 12, made by Selvas BLV (formerly branded HIMS International / HIMS Inc.). It pairs a Perkins-style Braille keyboard and physical function keys with a 13-megapixel rear camera used for document scanning and OCR through the device's own reading app, and because it runs Android it can install compatible accessibility apps from Google Play — including camera-based AI scene-description apps such as Google Lookout — alongside built-in apps for email, word processing, spreadsheets and web browsing.
