What it is

A free mobile app that provides visual assistance to blind and low-vision users in two ways. Its AI feature analyses a photo taken with the phone camera and returns a detailed spoken description, which can then be questioned conversationally. Its original volunteer service connects the user to a sighted volunteer over live video for tasks the AI cannot handle. A separate specialised-help channel routes users to trained company representatives for supported products.
