What it is
Eye Tracking is a built-in iOS and iPadOS accessibility feature that uses the device's existing front-facing camera and on-device machine learning to estimate where a user is looking, letting them navigate apps, select controls, type, and perform swipes using only eye movement. Selection is made through Dwell Control — holding gaze on a control for a set duration — after a calibration process that takes a matter of seconds.
