accessWidget is a JavaScript snippet from accessiBe that a site owner adds to a website to automatically scan and adjust its front-end code for accessibility issues — for example adding ARIA attributes, generating AI-written alt text for images, and enabling a degree of keyboard navigation — with a re-scan and re-application of fixes roughly every 24 hours. It also provides a visitor-facing widget menu of display adjustments (contrast, text size, disability 'profiles') and, more recently, an AI chat assistant that responds to requests like 'bigger text' with matching interface changes. It is sold as an annual subscription with published plans from $490/year to $3,990/year plus custom enterprise pricing, and accessiBe states it is installed on more than 100,000 websites.
